Do we offer wholesale pricing for our accessory pins?

Yes, we absolutely do. The wholesale price is 50% off with a minimum order of 25 pins that can be mixed and match. To receive our 50% off wholesale price, please submit your wholesale request via our CONTACT US form.

When will your order ship?

All orders ship via USPS. Our typical shipping days are Mondays, Fridays, & Saturdays. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email which will contain your unique USPS tracking number. This is why it is vital that you ensure your email address is spelled correctly when you enter it. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please double and triple check your spam, junk, and promotions folder. If you 

I received my accessory pin, but it is broken. What do I do?

No worries! Although we do take images of each order that is shipped out to ensure that all ordered items are in pristine condition, we do understand that damages can occur in shipping we have no control over. As a result, we will gladly replace it. Simply return it to the address below. Once we receive the returned pin(s), then we will reship your a brand new one.

Can I get a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds; However, do will gladly replace your item once you return it to us.

I forgot to enter my discount code during checkout. Can you credit or refund me the discount/promotional offer?

Unfortunately, we are unable to credit or go into our system to issue credits for discounts/promotional codes that were not entered during checkout.
